The employees
KEMMLIT has, at present, more than 180 employees working in different areas such as development, production, purchasing, product management, distribution, project planning, installation supervision, export, marketing and administration.
As a guarantee for success, our employees have a high level of responsibility and fully identify themselves with the company’s philosophy. In our own training centre, the main goal of our further training of our employees is to improve their own initiative, creativity, team work and achievement-oriented thinking. In addition we continually further the knowledge of our specialists.
